When I started painting this it was purely random colors that I liked. It slowly morphed into this after 6 years of working on it. There’s a before picture of what it looked like in 2012 in my profile. The more I started working on it the more real things started to appear on the canvas, this is a subconscious creation. We just have to go with the flow at time and have fun. My mindset while doing it was Love and pleasure. At first I was writing words and reminders to myself. If you look closely you can see words like: GoD, Happiness, Sex, Garrett, Love Amazing, 1, Win, Heaven art, Never give up. You’ll find sexual imagery if you look for it in this painting. There’s a gardian angel with poker chips in his wings and a money sign along with spades clubs hearts and diamonds. The top left represents a Pheonix bird with a crab claw holding the planet or a jewel. The big heart sign is holding up the Hero and he’s on top of the Piramid like a champion, you’ll notice he’s floating above the flames and the heat, out of harms way, he’s held up by love.
