Q: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
A: Once payment is received, Artwork is mailed within 3 business days (Custom Commissions excluded)
Unless otherwise stated, the artwork will be mailed via USPS First Class Mail in a ridged mailer
When an item physically ships, the buyer will receive a tracking number.
Orders are processed but are not readied for shipping on weekends or holidays.
Our normal shiping days are Thursday and Fridays.
Q: ABOUT MY WORKS
A: All of my art is one-of-a-kind (OOAK) I do not do prints! I also do commission work on a limited offering. Check out my site to see when a time slot will become available.
Purchase of this item does not include the rights of reproduction to the buyer.
Q: RETURNING AN ITEM
A: As these are one-of-a-kind pieces, they cannot be returned for replacement. If the artwork is damaged by the Post Awful, I will gladly issue a refund once I receive photo documentation of the damage within three working days of receipt.
If an item cannot be delivered as stated, refunds will be promptly issued. No other refunds will be offered. Q: OTHER CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS.
