This artwork is an abstract subconscious drawing. Veera has painted the black lines with black watercolor. She had inspiration from white paper and thin pencils. She always sees something on a white surface. She has done this artwork within eight hours while watching a movie after a hard-working day. Creating this artwork was a kind of relaxation and meditation. Such doodles are very relaxing to draw. Watercolor behaves interestingly on paper, it is spreading itself, filling in space. Extra thin pencil with a thick layer of color helped Veera to make thin lines. Veera likes to paint surrealistic intuitive abstracts. She likes to paint abstract art with acrylic and marker. She likes to do big colorful artworks but when she is tired - she likes to create small artworks. This artwork is also added to her redbubble store, so you can find there a shower curtain for example, or a mug with the same image, and then your guests will wonder how come you have the same artwork printed on your home stuff :) Veera has her own art gallery in Ylitornio and when she has free time - she is creating there. Ylitornio is a small village in the North of Finland. Veera likes to live here - it is a very quiet place with a big river, mountains, and nature - what a perfect place to live for an artist. Winters are gorgeous here though there is not much sunlight and snow been on the ground for more than six months. It is a plus for artists - a lot of time to create.
