Myrna Darby (1908-1929) was hired at age 17 by Florenz Ziegfeld. Critics said she was the most beautiful woman ever to appear in the Follies. While working, Myrna would bring homemade cookies to others on set, and showed kindness to all she encountered. She was 21 when she died, some say of a broken heart. Pastel crayons and pencils on paper.
