Reference was a photo taken by a friend for me to paint. This humpback was bathing in the morning sunlight streaming in the water singing it's morning song. Once one has experienced one of these magnificent mammals breaching the surface besides your boat your life will change. This painting is my original oil on gallery wrapped canvas, frame is not needed as the sides are painted. canvas size is 12 x 16 inches
