8x10 acrylic paint pen on canvas board. This is a revisitation of one of my greatest failures in art school. No matter what I did I could not "loosen" up. I was very detail oriented and kept missing the bigger picture. I started with a canvas that was at least 20x24 and began painting a rabbit in the lower right hand corner. I gave no thought as to what was going to happen on the rest of the canvas. I just happily painted away on my rabbit. This painting is not a new attempt to correct an old failure but rather a recapturing of an old art school memory.
