8x10 acrylic paint pen on canvas board. I know this is a bit simplistic but it was an attempt to recapture the moment in time when I first used oils and brushes that I had received for Christmas to paint an apple. I was fascinated with the medium and the challenge of rendering a three dimensional subject on a two dimensional surface.
