Once this Grand home stood prominent on Main Street in this small southwestern town. Major flooding in 1895 and again in 1903 washed out the dirt road, dropping it 50 foot. Now this home sits on a back corner and along a creek known as Big Ditch which still turns into a raging river from time to time.
