Chris "Procreatin’ Peterson brings his art studio with him to concerts, cruises, or any place he feels the need to capture a moment with his touchscreen tablet. Pen in hand with his beer close by, I’ve seen Chris draw musicians performing on stage with accuracy and grace. If they change instruments in mid-set, he redraws the scene with a sleight of hand. Situations are always fluid when you try to do renderings of people in real time. I prefer less fluid and the privacy of my own studio.
