“Summer by the Pond” collection depicts the wonderful summer moments by the pond in the valley at the Evergreen Bricks Valley Park and trail in Toronto. Nature empowers us. So, we seek the outdoors to feel the breeze, take a deep breath, sniff a flower, be inspired, relax our mind and boost our mood. We enjoy being in the nature, throw a stone in the pond or river, sit by the pond for a pick-nick and bite in a sandwich, listen to music or dance. “Summer by the Pond” collection expresses music and dance, and la joie de vivre (joy of life or dolce vita) like a music note frenetically opens the dance floor. I learned dancing the rumba Congolese with my mother in our living room while the beautiful music played in my head and envisioned it as a decadence of colors and flowers as painted.
