Deep in the heart of Texas. Or something like that. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art doing the necessary deep in the bowels of Texas---you know where, right?.
Looks good up against the night sky , Charles ... should be an armadillo strolling by soon

Artist Reply: Back before the 'big boom' here in Austin, I could walk out into woods on the edge of town and see all manner of wildlife---including whole families of armadillo. I haven't seen one in years now. I used to see them as roadkill years back and I;m pretty sure I mean decades. I had one run out in front of my car once and I straddled it---unfortunately, they have a bad habit of jumping up as a fear response. Not good when under a moving auto, Dave. :)
Small indeed but never white in my area. Well don! Hope you're enjoying the beginning of the new year.
Artist Reply: Well, just about as much as I enjoyed the ending of the last one. But maybe that's not a bad thing overall, Nikolay. Hope things are good for you and yours at your end of this digital tin can. Here's wishing you all a great Christmas in a couple of days. :)
