Here's the story of this image. I was perusing sketches that had been accumulating over the past several years. Many went into the recycling bin but one had several faces in pencil on what was a backing sheet. I took one of my new pens and started adding ink. I tried erasing the pencil marks but only lightened them. After spending this much time on the piece, I thought I'd at least share it. You could call this another of my scrap paper drawings and not be far off. This is a 8.5 by 5.5 inches gel pen drawing on medium bond paper. Original Jones Art, still doodling away in northwest Austin, Texas.

Watching a sad episode of a black-and-white movie

Artist Reply: I have been watching a plethora of B and W's on Tubi lately, Nikolay. And, of course, there's that old expression regarding misery loving a crowd. They also say you can be alone in a crowd, so put the two together and things get a little muddled. Hope all is going great for you and yours. :)

A REUNION OF FRIENDS. SO NO MORE BEING ALONE. :):):)

Artist Reply: Yes, there are two alter-egos, and id and two super-egos. None of whom know when to keep their mouths shut. But they can be highly amusing at times, Joanie. Thanks for commenting. :)
