This painting was done on commission for a man in California, I do not usually do commission pieces but I decided to try this since he is such a large bear. I thought it would be a good challenge. He is a very popular bear and has won several fattest bear contests. Otis the bear stands amidst the turbulent waters of a waterfall, surrounded by lush trees and rocky terrain. The vibrant colors of the foliage create a striking contrast against the white water.
