The Angels of Flight 93

I made a pilgrimage to Shanksville, PA a few years ago to pay my respects to the passengers and crew who perished on Flight 93. What I found there was a memorial shrine, with artifacts, tributes, flowers, flags and many other offerings. Among them was a set of small painted wooden angels placed on the ground in a straight row each with the name of a passengers and crew from Flight 93. So I decided to paint this as I remembered it..... in Oils

Very nicely done, interseting painting texture.

This is a beautiful painting and tribute to those who perished on that day. I worked for United for over 20 years. Thank you for painting this!
