This one took awhile for me to contemplate. It could be the negatives of a film of the seaside side by side based on the threads in the middle. Or it reminded me of one those travel games played in the car on a family vacation where the picture is divided into the little squares out of place (with one square left blank so you can move them around to get into the correct order. Either way I see an obvious reference to the sun and moreso with threads of indicating the ripples of the water.

wow!! I really thought at first that this was actually two seperate paintings and the wall between them! you fooled me!! I like it!
