Okay... o_O I myself don't even know how to draw him better and even colour him. But I can give you some advice. His bangs there needs a little more lively lines like real hair. His chin a little sharpened and bolded... his shoulder should dropped down a little. o_O Can't believe I'm criticizing! I'm sorry. It's definitely a nice piture, but really needs some work.
