The story is....On the battlefield, when things are looking grim, a person can call upon the gods to send the Unicorn Calvary. Sometimes, these prayers aren't answered, but when they are, these near-mythical beings ride onto the battlefield on majestic Unicorns and kill the evil. After the battle, they leave just as suddenly as they arrived. The survivors of the battle, good or evil, have fragmented and contrasted stories of what happened. That is how the Unicorn Calvary got it's reputation as being a myth.
