Carolina Chickadee

The carolina chickadee was another small bird I was looking for. It travels in small groups. The first one showed up late one evening just before dark. Since then a group of five to seven are in the area. They are very people tolerant, making them easy to photograph. Thing is they don't stay in one spot long. Now and then one or two will perch on low branches and sing for about 10 minutes. They don't seem to be phased by a big camera lens close to them.
