This is a recent image that is part of a portfolio of prints I am still developing. This is my favourite so far. I am concerned though that my representation of characters from the Brer Rabbit story does not cause offence so I would welcome responses along these lines. The work is meant to be a peaceful and playful response to what was originally a tale about trickery and deception. Brer rabbit decides he wants to make a playmate of Tar Baby and pulls her away from the original context therby usurping Brer Foxes intentions.
