My new case of Meyer lemons came today. I get them from my orchardess friend, Karen Morss, of Emerald City, CA. Just go to www.lemonladies.com, which is her online lemonade stand and you can get Meyer lemons also. I've made limoncello with her lemons for Easter and it was hands down the best limoncello we've ever had. Nothing artificial is needed, because Meyer lemons are a warm, golden, smooth-skinned lemon, that's sweeter and more fragrant than regular lemons. It was a wonderful feeling to open the box of lemons on such a cranky-weather day. The glass seemed to be saying to the lemon, referring to when it is limoncello, "You Will Be Mine", 4"x6", oil on gallery-wrapped canvas. SOLD
