Artist Reply: Thanks again Jerry. This is another of my historical landmark drawings. The structure is one that was saved many years ago from demolition. It has since been piece by piece dismantled and will be rebuilt next year on a new foundation on private property and then opened to the public. The prints of this drawing are being sold to aid in the restoration and preservation work being done.

Artist Reply: Annette, you make me blush. Thank you and I am so glad you like it. The Ball Point Pen is so well suited for this type of drawing with it's incredable half tones.
