Artist Reply: Thank You Very Much! My first one over the ocean on Maui was more intense in color and in its entirety visible. This time it happened against structures that are not really desirable, but I had no time to change location. So I still regard myself as being really lucky about it. I love this place!

I was running around like a chicken without head, looking for the right adapter for the tripod and, and, and then I just stood there contemplating about the incomparable beauty of a Moonbow. Civilization took a toll on this one, as the lights from Hilo on the left side are really popping out with 30 seconds exposure. Next time I will be perfectly prepared!
