The Oldest House

Done in 1987,this little house, is still very primitive, inside and out, opened as a museum seasonally with antique displays of furniture and tools from the turn of the 18th century when Bradford County was being settled. It is just off Route 6 in North Central Pa in a town east of Towanda, called Laceyville.

Artist Reply: Thanks Joanna~This was a simple house , all hand hewn boards and all so that I wanted to keep the sketch simple too.
