Belle of Bonaventure - the first in my "Southern Gothic" series of paintings. I painted this right after a hauntingly beautiful stay in Savannah, Georgia and a wonderful visit to the magnificent Bonaventure Cemetery. My "Southern Gothic" series focuses on the historic, beautiful, and haunted aspects of the American South.
