Of course we took no chances and I went up to the bow & popped the anchor on its chain dipping into the water to act as an earth since the bolts were starting to strike particularly close and within a few minutes of doing it the squall hit & we hid inside for the next few hours. Nikki, our little boat buddy found a pokey little hole to hide in since she did/'nt much appreciate the thunder. We had the best seat in the house!
