McCormick Oldest Public School In Wichita, Kansas

McCormick grade school, is the oldest public school in Wichita, Kansas. Built of native stone in 1889-1890. The school was named for McCormick Avenue, which had been named for the John McCormick family, early Wichita pioneers.
