I began with studies in 35mm film photography a little more than six years ago, black and white over color preferred. Loving much of this medium, and appreciating the art in totality from capture to production in the lab, however I recently dove into the digtal world of photography, self educating as I explore my new environment in which I live. My primary system of choice is the Olympus E-1 SLR, editing with Adobe Photoshop,Picasa and Irfan View. Most of my current are, well, in truth most all my art has been that called Urban Photography. I identify with the artist and photographer Bernice Abbott, who photographed the world around her as it evolved, although it is I who is an evolving work rather than the environment around this artist.
