Your sky actually makes me feel the weather in this painting and the time period on the dresses are lovely. Even without a bunch of facial details, those men trudging along the beach have a feeling of determination but friendliness. Nice work on this!

Very nice capture of some old styles John and you know with all the sky in the background you could incorporate your mountain because of its round shape at top with no problem using a pallet knife and some light greens in the background in moments. Just keep it small so as to not take away from your beautiful sky and the balance of the picture. It should not be the feature object but more an image of interest.
