Our Renaissance History still intact ,still preserved for generations to see to learn of our past.This region ,& Along the Rhine, & other European countries thes Beautiful castles ,hundreds ,thousands all tell us of the medieval times,& how ruthless the kings the Queens in there riches,lived off the backs the poor people who owned nothing.& were Taxed to death.Yes today we see the Architectural monuments of these huge FORTRESSES ..It was a struggle for mankind back then under the rule of the monarchy. THIS IS WHAT I SEE ,THIS IS WHAT I PICTURE IN MY HEAD,LEARNING THE HISTORY OF THAT PERIOD OF TIME.,BUT I GUESS TODAY WE ARE IN AWE & admire these Castle ,some you wonder how they were built on a mountain ,on an edge of a cliff ,without the technology of today.
