Wow ,nice find,& you know the spider is just sitting there waiting for her meal,,,nicely constructed ,there are so many different designs,orb,sheet,or maybe a tangle type,,they all catch the insects easily ,,& it has it own life line that runs into the centre,,,actually made out of the spiders silica like silk,its own protein ,,so when an insects gets tangled up in this web,yah got caught,,,the spider quickly runs down her safety line & wraps up the meal real quick,& goes back to hide,very interesting to watch ,what a wonderful education to see out in the wild,,,,,actually even on your city deck,,it's fantastic watching build there Web,what wonderful engineers ,knowing exactly as to where to hinge it ,nature's perfect little builders ,,I'm quite sure we've been even caught in there webs..,then they have to rebuild,,a miscalculation ,on the spiders part forgetting us humans are at times around,so then it's back to the drawing board,,if it wants to eat.Very nice Photo,,
