Less Than a Mile to Go...

(Nov. 2004 hike to Carbon Glacier continues....) Mt. Rainier has disappeared behind the mountain on the right, but the glacier becomes more prominent. It seems massive now, just wait. If you look closely you see a thin line crossing the river ahead. That is the suspension bridge....tomorrow... :)
