Fall Harvest

I got a bit carried away in painting this scene with all of the foliage. My opinion is that when painting realistic work, everything needs to have the same look. In this painting, the leaves required a lot of time and it simply took too long. Still, I believe the painting does have merits. My favorite part of the painting is how the filtered sunlight plays upon the model.

It's ENTIRELY fabulous,. I love the light, also, but the GRASS upfront, WOW! The folds in her skirt, geez. I could go on and on. It's beautiful!
