When ever i see a painting with this much texture there has always been an overwhelming urge to run my fingertips over it. (i know you shouldn't, that's why i only do it to my own:)) Wonderfully done! The use of texture, and just the right amount of detail!

This is very nice Sharon. I especially like how you've made this a bit different from the usual "great weather" water landscapes. I grey sky and white caps on the waves give it a very unique look.
