A Royal Marine Bugler sounding Sunset. This is the 3rd in a set of paintings of elite line regiments in full dress uniforms. A Royal Marine Bugler sounding Sunset. A sound all serving and retired 'Bootneck’s' will know well. Particularly close to my heart, this painting, as I served many happy years as a Royal Marines Commando. Though I never got to blow a bugle.
