Artist Reply: Thank you for your kind comments, Delia. By the way: DELIA and PACHECO are Spanish names. Do you speak Spanish? Rapa das bestas is a kind of "rodeo". There is a village near here, San Andrés de Teixido. It's at the top of Sierra Capelada. There are there huge forests where wild horses live in freedom and they are protected by law. "Rapa das bestas" is a yearly event and horses are conducted to a fence made of stone (a kind of Roman circus). There, people cut their manes. Then, the horses come back to their freedom. Last time I went to San Andrés, two wild horses crossed suddenly the road. I was frightened by it,this means, I continued my trip very slowly:-)

Artist Reply: This kind of works usually takes 15-20 hours. I use a rough paper to achieve this outcome but it's usually a tiring process. Thank you for your visit and comment, truly appreciated
