The project is located in Xishan District, Wuxi, a city beside the Tai Lake. So the complex was designed like a sailboat in the lake, with the taller office tower like the sail and the shorter hotel building like the boat cabin, thus expressing a “breaking through wind and waves” gesture and “going ahead with courage” meaning. I also designed a sky garden on the top of hotel building for guests' leisure activities, and also designed a hollow space on the top of office tower to echo the sky garden space and be a unique symbol of the complex. Architecture style adopted simplified Western classical form. This rendering adopted realistic style digital painting in night scene, and fully demonstrated the graceful, generous, noble, dignified, peaceful, and elegant new classical temperament of a public office and hotel complex. This project was completed in 2013.
