Nice piece, Michael, reminds me of a farm in Cape Breton which I intent to paint sometime. Every time I go past it I stop and take notes and sketches and photographs but still haven't found just the right composition. Thanks for doing this one!

Artist Reply: Thanks, David. I'd say it's best just to steam ahead... Make the sketches, take the photos, but then go out there with your materials one day and just paint it! You might be surprised at what spontaneity reveals!
