Photo #9 in "The Perfect Day" series, beginning with #210.... This is the north end of Summit Lake, where we came from to get to the ridge. Instead of completing the 1 mile loop around the lake, we went back the way we came. Eventually we caught the trail you see across the way, into the trees and 2 miles back to the truck. On the way back, in a small meadow, I just had to photograph "Charlie Brown's Christmas Tree". :)
