This is one I did at the same time as the smaller study also in my portfolio; in this view the viewer has stepped back and takes in more of the river and even the dark rocks in the foreground where he stands. Actually, these paintings were inspired by an idyllic afternoon and evening with my kids and husband. They were shore fishing and I was busy snapping away to try to remember the beautiful scene. Please respect my copyright and do not distribute this image commercially! And THANKS for being a supporter of the arts!
