Red Sky in Morning

This was taken about 3 weeks ago at approximately 6:00 a.m. in the Sacramento, CA area. This was how smoky the air was when all the those wildfires were burning. Not the best photo in the world, but I was on my way out the door to go to work :) The following day the sun wasn't even visable - it looked like a foggy day in February with thick Tule fog.

Sailor's warning! Keep your camera with you!

Artist Reply: Yep! Red sky in morning, sailors take warning. Red sky at night, sailors delight. My dad taught me that saying when I was little and it's stuck with me ever since - LOL! Keep your camera with you is a definite must. There have been several times I have kicked myself for not having it with me :)
