Study of Wine Bottle and Pearls

This is a simple study from the still life of a wine bottle and some giant faux pearls I have in my home studio. The painting is in soft pastel on Canson Mi Tientes paper. It was very interesting to try to capture the qualities in the pearls and their reflection in the wine bottle.

beatufiul composition you caught the translucency of the bottle well, and I like the added touch of the grapes and the detail that went into the label, perhaps glass (empty or filled) would only add to the effect, either way its great.
