You may have noticed that I've been away for a while. For that I apologize. I've been doing a lot of travelling for work lately. It's good that I'm staying busy but I always start missing my art when I'm away from it. I have a little time off right now so I started something new. This is a portrait of the lovely Jessica Alba. It was done as a practice piece to hone my skills again. I want to get back into a rythm so I can start working on my entry for Artprize this year. I started drawing on toned paper last year and loved the effect. 12"x18" Strathmore tinted paper Graphite heightened with white colored pencil q-tips and blending stumps around 20 hours
